Are you positively negative? Do you find yourself in more bad moods and situations than good?
If you answered yes then it's time you redirected the energy around you into something positive.
Negativity is everywhere. It's on the television, the radio, even the food and lifestyle we live.
When someone is rude to you, a typical response is to be rude right back or take it out on someone else.
You must learn to let go. We don't understand why a stranger was being rude but we have the power to make it positive.
Something like, "I'm sorry you are having such a bad day but I hope it gets better for you."
can go a long way to cheer someone up.
Maybe your day starts out really bad. You can turn it into a positive by giving a stranger a helping hand when they clearly need one. Or the next time you go to a drive through for lunch, you can pay for the person in the vehicle behind you.
Helping others will be a sure fire way to make your day seem a little brighter and maybe they will do the same for someone else.
